Strategic Action Learning Online™ (SALO)

Program Description
This e-Learning program introduces participants to the methodology of Action Learning and its power as an effective tool for problem solving.

Participants learn to apply the innovative practice of Action Learning to resolve their “own” authentic work issues and achieve personal, team and organizational advancement. They learn the fundamental techniques of methodical questioning, critical reflective analysis, and small group collaboration techniques - essential tools needed for solving complex problems and challenges at work.

The program addresses the following:
theoretical and practical nature of Action Learning.
problem-solving power of Action Learning
components of Action Learning
short-term problem-solving effects of Action Learning
long-term multiplier effect of individual learning
systemic contribution to small group structures and the organization at large.

Pre-requisites
None. This program may be taken in conjunction with work projects or formal courses.

Online tutorial. Modular. Post module assessment. Faculty feedback.

Duration
Participants have six (6) months from enrollment to complete the program.
