Program Description

Action Learning Management and Facilitation (ALMF) provides the methods and techniques to skillfully and professionally manage Action Learning sets, coach group-learning dynamics, apply questioning strategies, engage in reflective analytics, initiate solution-designed action, and effectively embed mission-critical goals and practices in the organization.

ALMF is specifically designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities for them to function effectively as Action Learning "Set" Facilitators.

 
This course introduces participants to the powerful methodology of Action Learning and its efficacy as a power-tool for problem solving. Attendees learn to apply the innovative practice of Action Learning to resolve hard, complex work issues in order to achieve team, organizational and individual advancement. Course content is presented in modular format. This asynchronous online course lets learners acquire the fundamental techniques of methodical questioning, critical reflective analysis, and small group collaboration techniques – essential tools for solving complex and “messy” problems and challenges at work.
