 This course introduces participants to the powerful methodology of Action Learning and its efficacy as a power-tool for problem solving. Attendees learn to apply the innovative practice of Action Learning to resolve hard, complex work issues in order to achieve team, organizational and individual advancement. Course content is presented in modular format. This asynchronous online course lets learners acquire the fundamental techniques of methodical questioning, critical reflective analysis, and small group collaboration techniques – essential tools for solving complex and “messy” problems and challenges at work. |
