To serve our site visitors better, Achievemate Learning Centre may, from time to time, track information for the purpose
of getting user feedback, analyzing traffic, and upgrading courseware and program content. Data collected from what page users peruse, and information from user surveys and course registrations are culled, collated, and reviewed on an aggregated basis. This effort is solely for the intent of providing better service, relevant updates about new programs and courses, or to send visitors and users pertinent information about upcoming Centre events and activities.
Disclosure Procedure
Achievemate Learning Centre protects the rights of learners and users who are subjects of data collected or maintained by the Centre's information safekeeping initiatives.

Right to know. Upon request, a learner, course enrollee, or user may be informed about what data the Centre has and how it is protected and kept classified. Upon request in writing and with appropriate identification, a learner or course enrollee may review data about one's self that is categorized as public or private.

Access to data may not be given more than once a year unless a dispute about the data is pending or additional information is awaited or formulated.

Right to Challenge. Learners and course enrollees, and users may challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information. They can also petition to have the date changed according to provable merits.

Accurate implies that the information is reasonably correct and does not contain factual errors. Complete means that the information is intact and thorough and contains fact-based data pertinent to one' personal history as declared in the site.
Security
The Centre applies stringent security protocols in both its physical and electronic facilities to protect hard and soft data against theft, loss, corruption, or piracy of information that have accumulated from learners, users, and visitors of the site. These security protocols are constantly monitored and periodically evaluated to assure all users that their information is safeguarded.
