In- House Programs
Our ALMF in-house programs are presented in a learner-focused experiential workshop format to suit our clients’ workforce training and development needs. Each program is work-based oriented and maximizes real-life and real-time incidents that translate into real deliverables.

Programs are patterned after Achievemate Learning Centre’s work-based learning model, giving learners a hands-on approach to problem solving and providing a platform for collaborative interaction with others, application of “new ways of doing things” and an innovative pathway to improve workforce performance. We present our featured ALMF programs at your site, or we can create special courses ranging from a 2-day onsite instruction to a full action learning project deployment.
