The Program
This Post Graduate Certificate Program is specifically designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to function effectively as an Action Learning "set" facilitator. It is for working professionals who are
 engaged in work group processes
attempting to implement an Action Learning program as a catalytic mechanism for addressing
complex problems
conducting strategic work improvement experiments and dealing with ambiguous data
managing change.
 This is an interactive experientially-based program conducted over three (3) months. Learning Associates (enrollees) are required to be in gainful employ and must present an authentic work issue or problem systemic to their work group, practice, or organization. Each learner is paired with a faculty who has the credential and expertise in both the principles and practice of Action Learning. A virtual campus allows learners to join sets and immerse in a learning environment with peers.
Achievemate Learning Centre is an online corporate campus committed to the pedagogy of work-based Action Learning where learners accumulate knowledge and expertise from actionable issues in practice, and earn attendant professional credentials from its educational partner - International Management Centres Association (IMCA).
Our Educational Partnership
The role of Achievemate Learning Center is to deliver and administer learning tracks uniquely tailored to each learner's needs.
We consolidate a learning Associate's (enrollee) past academic credentials and documented
previous experience and present them for credit mapping with IMCA.
Enrolled Associates proceed with the program, and accumulate relevant credits using their work
issues as the bases of their learning track. In turn, accumulated credits earn professional
qualifications with IMCA.
Credits earned in the gateway program of Post Graduate Certificate are credited toward advanced levels of professional degree qualifications with IMCA.
