This Post Graduate Certificate Program is specifically designed to provide participants with the knowledge, skills, and capabilities to function effectively as an Action Learning "set" facilitator. It is for working professionals who are
engaged in work group processes
attempting to implement an Action Learning program as a catalytic mechanism for addressing
complex problems
conducting strategic work improvement experiments and dealing with ambiguous data
managing change.
This is an interactive experientially-based program conducted over three (3) months. Learning Associates (enrollees) are required to be in gainful employ and must present an authentic work issue or problem systemic to their work group, practice, or organization. Each learner is paired with a faculty who has the credential and expertise in both the principles and practice of Action Learning. A virtual campus allows learners to join sets and immerse in a learning environment with peers.
