Our Philosophy

A radical philosophy in action: The workplace is today's modern campus; the workstation, its learning laboratory.

Our philosophy rests on the solution-design pedagogy of work-based learning – that is, learning through work where real-work challenges, opportunities, and problems set the algorithmic framework for an engaged decision-making and problem solving practice.

We recognize that today's workplaces are organic entities akin to chaotic biosystems where only the most adaptive and the smartest flourish. The power of our business philosophy is in its evolving collaborative small peer group concept. By knowing how to marshal the genius of small, solution-focused “comrades in adversity” who are driven and determined to succeed, we help our learners create a healthy gene pool of problem solvers and decision makers within their organizations.
