Action Learning Management and Facilitation (ALMF)is a real- time, real work learning course designed for individuals who wish to implement and manage an Action Learning program in their organizations. Attendees learn to apply Action Learning as a “power-tool” for solving critical, real-life work challenges while learning in the midst of doing.

In-house workshops in Action Learning Management and Facilitation (ALMF)are the hands-on, peer to peer version of the course. Workshops are delivered to client organizations either in customized formats or adapted modes. Sessions are expertly facilitated and delivered via a powerful performance-based experiential learning design system.
